Jackson and Cortney Nave are the owners of the new breakfast-and-lunch restaurant on Frankfort Avenue (in Crescent Hill) called Eggs Over Frankfort. They are newlyweds starting a brand new adventure together. Jackson has experience opening restaurants in Louisville and Los Angeles. However, instead of following corporate policy and instructions, this time the couple will take-on the challenge by themselves!
In this interview, the two young entrepreneurs discuss how the idea for Eggs Over Frankfort developed, what’s on the menu, and the restaurant’s decor concept. On a personal level, they discuss their other hobbies and interests, plus their favorite part of Louisville “inside 264.”
